There's no question that teaching your children at home can be expensive.
And that's not even factoring in all the groceries, toilet paper, water, and extra electricity utilized.
Homeschooling doesn't have to be expensive if you just do a little research and prepare yourself ahead of time. There are so many resources available today, that it can be overwhelming sometimes. If you're looking for a little extra help, I have narrowed down a handful of websites that I have personally used that have helped me over the years. Hopefully, they can help you as well.
Before I dive into this list I want to make sure that you know that I am in no way affiliated with any of these companies. These are just resources I have found and have used in the past that are great for any parent looking to homeschool or assist their child with their education.

Easy Peasy All-in-One Homeschool has taken all the organizing curriculum out of your hands and has made this process a little easier for the new homeschool parent. This website is a Christian-based curriculum from Pre-K up to High School. Lessons are already established. All you have to do is provide the materials needed for each subject and have a working printer.
Freedom Homeschooling is exactly how it sounds! Created by an overwhelmed homeschool mom, this site offers more than just supplementary worksheets. If you have no idea where to start and you're looking for a curriculum, check this site out. Organized in one place, by subject, and in alphabetical order, you will find a list of websites that offer free resources for subjects including Math, Technology, Life Skills, Language Arts, Bible, Science, Foreign Languages, History and Social Studies, and many more. This is a great place to browse for all grades.
Math Worksheets for Kids offers FREE worksheets and activities to assist your child's education for grades K through 8. If you enjoy this resource you can sign up to be a member for only $24.95 annually. This gives you unlimited access to over 40,000 worksheets of Math, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. You can browse by grade or by subject. There is also a worksheet section on financial literacy showing how to write a check, find profit and loss, discount amounts, calculate sales tax, and much more.
Super Teacher Worksheets is a fantastic site for everything homeschooling and offers hundreds of FREE worksheets. You can unlock the full website for an affordable price of $24.95 per year. Yes, that's right!!!! $24.95 a year which comes out to a little over $2 a month. This gives you access to over 20,000 worksheets from grades K-6. This site does an incredible job of organizing by subject categories which include Math, Reading Comprehension, Reading and Writing, Phonics, Early literacy, Grammar, Spelling lists, Chapter Book Study Guides, Science, Social Studies, Holidays, Puzzles, and Brain Teasers and more. There are teaching tools such as award certificates, calendars, birthday printables, worksheet generators, and the list goes on and on. As a member, you can save your favorite worksheets on the site in a filing cabinet to make it easier to access each time you sign in. We've been using this for years and I've never regretted a single penny!!!
TLS Books is an educational website designed to assist parents and teachers with complimentary worksheets from Pre-6th grade. What I like about this website is that it offers much more than just the basic subjects. These free worksheets come in a variety of subjects including foreign language, handwriting, history, music, science, and many more.
Under The Home is another homeschool website designed to make homeschooling easy and affordable for families. What's great is that you don't have to worry about any of the annoying ads popping up while scrolling through. This website is colorful and beautifully organized into many subjects from grades K- 5. Some of the subjects include Art, Geography, History, Music, and Poetry. It's very easy to navigate and for Free, you can't beat it.
